Stadt auf einem Inselberg in der ansonsten flachen Umgebung errichtet wurden und die nur zu Fu\u00df \u00fcber einen mehrst\u00fcndigen Aufstieg mit rund 10.000 Stufen zu erreichen sind, liegt noch ein Shiva-Komplex, zu dem wir auch noch hoch gewandert sind. Einer der beiden Saddhus, die uns dort oben empfangen haben war besonders nett und mochte sich auch gerne fotografieren lassen. Er bot uns auch gleich einen Joint an, den wir jedoch aus Gr\u00fcnden der Vernunft ablehnten, da uns ja noch der lange Abstieg bevorstand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-garamond-font-family has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-style:italic;font-weight:700\">Wanna Joint?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-garamond-font-family has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-style:italic;font-weight:400\"><br>Jain temple complex near Junagath, Gujarat, India, 1989<br><br>Above the temple complexes of Junagath, which were built high above the city on an inselberg in the otherwise flat surroundings and can only be reached on foot via a climb of several hours with around 10,000 steps, there is another Shiva complex, which we also hiked up to. One of the two saddhus who welcomed us up there was particularly nice and was happy to have his photo taken.
