Es war tats\u00e4chlich eines der pr\u00e4gendsten Erlebnisse meiner gesamten 3 \u00bd monatigen Nepal-\/Indienreise.<br>Am Abend des zweiten Tages, kurz vor Sonnenuntergang, entdeckten wir diesen &#8222;Kormoranbaum&#8220; mit seinen unz\u00e4hligen Bewohnern. Ein ohrenbet\u00e4ubendes Gekreische erf\u00fcllte die Luft. Besonders faszinierend war das kontrastreiche Schauspiel der Kormorane, die sich als tiefschwarze Silhouetten gegen den gl\u00fchenden, gelb-orangenen Abendhimmel abhoben.<br>Seitdem habe ich einige weitere Kormorankolonien und &#8222;Kormoranb\u00e4ume&#8220; gesehen, aber keine kam dieser Szenerie an \u00c4sthetik heran. In seiner Einzigartigkeit und Sch\u00f6nheit ist dieses Bild daher f\u00fcr mich unvergesslich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--10)\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-garamond-font-family has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-style:italic;font-weight:700\">Cormorant tree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-garamond-font-family has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"padding-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);font-style:italic;font-weight:400\"><br>Keoladeo National Park near Bharatpur in Rajasthan, India, 1989<br><br>We spent several days in Bharatpur, the gateway to Keoladeo National Park, and were repeatedly impressed by the landscape and its animal inhabitants. It was actually one of the most memorable experiences of my entire 3\u00bd-month trip to Nepal and India.<br>On the evening of the second day, shortly before sunset, we discovered this \u2018cormorant tree\u2019 with its countless inhabitants. A deafening screech filled the air. Particularly fascinating was the contrasting spectacle of the cormorants, their deep black silhouettes standing out against the glowing yellow-orange evening sky.<br>Since then, I have seen several other cormorant colonies and \u2018cormorant trees,\u2019 but none of them came close to the aesthetic appeal of this scene.
