Die letzten Tage unseres verregneten Norwegen-Urlaubs begannen tats\u00e4chlich wieder mit besserem Wetter. Eine Bekannte, die direkt im Anschluss f\u00fcr drei Wochen nach Norwegen fuhr, hatte durchgehend gutes Wetter. Aber was soll’s, es war trotzdem ein toller Urlaub und die letzten Tage mit viel Sonnenschein konnten wir so richtig genie\u00dfen.
Der N\u00e6r\u00f8yfjord wurde 2005 zusammen mit dem Geirangerfjord zum UNESCO-Weltnaturerbe \u201eWestnorwegische Fjorde\u201c erkl\u00e4rt. Begr\u00fcndet wurde dies mit der Erf\u00fcllung gleich zweier naturschutzfachlicher Kriterien: Das Gebiet stellt eine einzigartige Naturvielfalt dar, die durch die Symbiose von Meer und Hochgebirge entstand und es handelt sich um eine weitestgehend von menschlichen Eingriffen unbeeinflusste Landschaft. Dies gilt aus meiner Sicht f\u00fcr den Geirangerfjord allerdings nur bedingt.
Daneben gelten der N\u00e6r\u00f8y- und Geirangerfjord als die mit Abstand sch\u00f6nsten Fjordlandschaften der Welt, was ich voll unterschreiben kann. Bei Gudvangen, am Ende des langen und schmalen N\u00e6r\u00f8yfjords, konnte ich bei Windstille diese wundersch\u00f6ne Fjordlandschaft fotografieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final days of our rainy holiday in Norway actually started off with better weather again. A friend of ours, who went to Norway straight afterwards for three weeks, had good weather throughout. But never mind, it was still a great holiday and we were able to really enjoy those last few days of sunshine.
In 2005, the N\u00e6r\u00f8yfjord, together with the Geirangerfjord, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the name \u2018Western Norwegian Fjords\u2019. This was justified by the fulfilment of two nature conservation criteria: the area represents a unique natural diversity created by the symbiosis of sea and high mountains, and it is a landscape largely unaffected by human intervention. In my view, however, this applies only to a limited extent to the Geirangerfjord.
Furthermore, the N\u00e6r\u00f8y and Geiranger fjords are considered by far the most beautiful fjord landscapes in the world, a view I fully endorse. At Gudvangen, at the end of the long and narrow N\u00e6r\u00f8yfjord, I was able to photograph this stunning fjord landscape in calm conditions.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
